Doug Loucks

Doug Loucks has a diverse work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Doug started their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte, where they planned, coordinated, and supervised financial statement audits for major Japanese corporations. After that, they worked at BP as a Financial Analyst in the areas of SEC reporting and investor relations. Doug then moved to Aegion Corporation, where they served as the Director of Corporate Finance, managing corporate accounting, SEC reporting, investor relations, budgeting, and financial planning. Later, they joined Peabody Energy, initially as a Director of Financial Reporting, then as an Assistant Controller, and finally as an Assistant Treasurer. During their time at Peabody Energy, they gained experience in areas such as SEC reporting, corporate accounting, investor relations, acquisitions, derivatives, and hedging. Prior to their current position, Doug worked at Hussmann as the Corporate Controller, overseeing all corporate accounting and finance operations.
