Kathy Koch, CFRE, has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Kathy is currently serving as the Vice President of Development & Communications at WoodGreen Community Services, a large social service agency in Toronto. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Individual, Corporate & Foundation Giving at the same organization.

Before joining WoodGreen, Kathy worked at WE, an international charity and educational partner. Kathy served as the Director of Major Gifts and later as the Director of Youth Engagement at WE. During their time there, they were involved in initiatives such as WE School and WE Day, which aimed to empower youth and create positive change in local and global communities.

Kathy has also worked as the Director of Admission at The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, where they focused on training aspiring actors in screen acting techniques.
