Terja Koskenoja

Terja Koskenoja has a long and varied career in the business world. In 2021, they were appointed CTO/Production Director at Woodio, where they were responsible for turning the demo factory into an efficient manufacturing unit and successfully implemented a new ERP for the whole company. Terja also became a Member of the Board at Zoy Oy. From 2018 to 2021, they were Head of Intelligent Automation COE at Accountor Group, where they coached and supported countries in improving processes through lean and automation. Terja was also Business Development, Operational Excellence - Global Lean Owner, and RPA lead analyst, responsible for creating and managing process improvement pipelines. From 2007 to 2018, they worked at Kalevala Koru Oy, where they were Production Director and Head of Innovation. Her duties included streamlining operations and enhancing productivity, exploring new materials and technologies, and leading the company's first 3D printing project. Terja was also Business Development Manager and Sales Manager, Exports. From 2003 to 2007, they were Sales Manager at UPM-Kymmene Wood, where they were responsible for taking care of sales and customers in the parquet industry. Terja was also Business Analyst and Business Operator, responsible for sales responsibility to specified customers and specified end uses.

Terja Koskenoja began their educational journey in 1994 when they earned their Master of Science in Wood Technology from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan. In 2000, they earned their Master of Science in Forest Economics from the University of Helsinki. In 2014, they earned their Specialist in 3D printing from LUT University. In 2019, they earned their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Laatukeskus Excellence Finland Oy. Finally, in 2021, they earned their Certified board member course from Tampere Chamber of Commerce.
