Kate Gorr

Kate Gorr has a diverse work experience. Kate started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Jennie-O Turkey Store in 2006 and later became the Director at River Birch Residence in 2008. Kate then worked as an Owner/Independent Insurance Adjuster at Gorr Independent Adjusting from 2004 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Molenaar as an HR Generalist. Kate served as the Director of Human Resources & Safety at RIE from 2013 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of HR Director at Woodland Centers - Minnesota and will soon become the Chief People Officer.

Kate Gorr's education history begins in 1999 when they attended the University of Sioux Falls and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management in 2001. Kate then enrolled at Ridgewater College in 2003, completing a program in Insurance Adjusting to become an Insurance Representative in 2004. Continuing their education, Kate pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2008. Finally, in 2009, they attended St. Cloud State University for a year-long program in Nursing Home Administration.
