Paul England has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In recent years, they have worked at Woodland Foods as the Director of Data Analytics, where they participated in strategic planning sessions and implemented projects to improve sales and inventory processes. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager of Data Analytics and Pricing at the same company, where they established the department and worked on projects related to profitability and salesperson effectiveness. Paul also served as an ERP Project Manager and Senior Business Systems Analyst at Woodland Foods, where they led teams in translating business processes and mentored team members. Before their time at Woodland Foods, Paul worked at ACCO Brands as the Senior Manager of Global Supply Chain Planning and Operations, leading a team to drive supply chain improvements. Paul also worked at Medline Industries as a Systems Analyst and Developer, focusing on logistical needs and providing technical support. Additionally, Paul has experience as an Editor at a food-related blog and as a Technical Lead and Programmer Analyst at Catalyst International. Paul began their career as a Systems Programmer at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Paul England attended De Pere High School from 1987 to 1991. Paul then went on to study Computer Engineering at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, earning their Bachelor's degree in 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Paul obtained the Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate certification from Oracle in May 2009. In April 2009, they also obtained the Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert certification from Oracle.
