Monica Goodrich

Monica Goodrich serves as the ECE Program Director at Woodland School in Portola Valley, a position held since August 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing program operations, mentoring educators, and collaborating on curriculum development for young learners. Prior to this role, Monica worked as the Associate Director and Educator at The Learning Center of Palo Alto from August 2017 to July 2021 and held various positions at Ladera Community Church Preschool and Children's Center of the Stanford Community from 2008 to 2019. Monica's career in early childhood education spans over two decades, beginning as a Center Director and Program Coordinator at Ellen Thacher Children's Center. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Development: Educational Leadership and Social Change from Pacific Oaks College, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the same institution.
