Jacob M. Day

Jacob M. Day, CFA, serves as the Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at WoodmenLife, overseeing the management of $10.5 billion in insurance company assets since February 2008. Jacob has held various roles within the organization, including Director of Securities, Portfolio Manager for Fixed Income, and Senior Securities Analyst, where responsibilities included conducting detailed financial analyses and presenting investment opportunities to the Investment Committee. Prior to WoodmenLife, Jacob worked at TD Ameritrade as an Investment Consultant, developing relationships with high net worth clients, and as a Corporate Actions Analyst, where innovations in training processes were implemented. Jacob holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Finance major from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, along with ongoing executive education in Strategic Leadership from Wharton Executive Education.
