Meghann Belford has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Meghann started their career as an Office Administrator at ERA Van Syckel, Weaver & Lyte in 2005. From there, they worked as an Administrator at RE/MAX in 2009 and later joined Cool-O-Matic as a Sales Coordinator from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they became a Leasing Manager at Edgewood Properties, Inc.

In 2011, Meghann joined AvalonBay Communities as a Senior Community Consultant and gradually progressed to the roles of Sr Leasing Professional and Sales and Service Supervisor. Meghann remained with AvalonBay Communities until 2016.

Since 2016, Meghann has been associated with Woodmont Properties. Meghann started as a Property Manager and later moved on to become a Regional Operations Manager and a Regional Manager. In 2021, they became a Learning and Development Specialist at Woodmont Properties and currently holds the position of Director of Talent & Organizational Development.

Meghann Belford attended Seton Hall University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Psychology. During their time at Seton Hall University, their field of study was also Psychology. In addition to their education, Meghann Belford obtained two certifications: NJAA Leasing Agent of the Year 2014 from the New Jersey Apartment Association in March 2016, and NJAA Supervisor of the Year 2015, also from the New Jersey Apartment Association in March 2016.
