Julia Kalysh

Julia Kalysh has a diverse work experience in customer support, marketing, and ambassadorship. Julia began their career as a Junior Customer Success Specialist at Woodpecker.co in June 2017, where they later became a Customer Support Specialist from September 2017 to June 2018. Julia then progressed to the role of Head of Customer Support at Woodpecker.co in July 2018 and held this position until May 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Support & Success at Woodpecker.co, starting in June 2022. Prior to joining Woodpecker.co, Julia worked as a Marketing Specialist at RightHello from October 2016 to May 2017. Julia also held a role as an Ambassador at Kaufland Polska Markety Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. from September 2015 to June 2016.

Julia Kalysh completed their education from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu. From 2013 to 2016, they pursued a degree in Marketing i PR and obtained a Licencjat (Lic.) degree. Following this, from 2016 to 2018, they continued their studies in the same institution and obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree with a specialization in Marketing.
