Erik Lawson has been actively involved in the construction and manufacturing industry for over a decade. Starting as a Materials Handler at Sauer-Danfoss, Erik has progressed through various roles to their current position as a Continuous Improvement Facilitator at Woodruff Construction. Their experience includes leading production teams, developing process enhancement strategies, troubleshooting technical failures, and overseeing materials and inventory management. With a strong educational background from Des Moines Area Community College and Colo-Nesco High School, Erik has demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout their career.
