Camille Roché-Randon's work experience begins in 2011 as an Assistant Sales at JANE NORMAN LTD. In 2012, they worked as a Construction site Intern at CBC - VINCI Construction France. In 2013, they worked as an Architect Intern at AAPL. In 2014, they had two architectural internships, one at INCA Architectes where they compiled and prepared files for architectural competitions, and the other at Cabinet Luyton - Architecture et urbanisme, where they worked on social housing projects. Camille continued at Cabinet Luyton in 2015 as a Junior Architect, focusing on the Building Permits for a four-operation project. In 2016, they joined Home Essentials as a Store Assistant Manager, responsible for store planning and visual merchandising. Lastly, they worked at Woods Bagot, starting as a Graduate Architect in 2017 and later becoming an Architectural Designer in 2019.

Camille Roché-Randon has a Master of Architecture degree (M.Arch.) from the Ecole d'Architecture de Marseille-Luminy, which was obtained between 2010 and 2015. Later, from 2015 to 2016, they attended the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Grenoble for Professional Advanced Learning (HMONP). In terms of additional certifications, Camille obtained the LEED Green Associate certification from the U.S. Green Building Council in March 2018. In October 2019, they also became a TRUE Advisor certified by Green Business Certification, Inc. Recently, in September 2022, Camille obtained the WELL AP certification from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) and the Sky Blue certification from Common Purpose in March 2022.
