Piers van Zandvliet has a wealth of experience in the field of architecture, starting with an internship at NH Architecture in 2004. Piers then worked as an intern at Wilkinson-Falk Architecture throughout their university studies, assisting senior architects in developing their skills.
After graduating, Piers joined HASSELL as a part-time employee during their final year of studies and later secured a full-time position as an Architecture Intern. Piers also had an overseas secondment in China with HASSELL as a Graduate Architect, where they further developed their skills. Piers was involved in notable projects during their time at HASSELL.
In 2015, Piers joined BSBG - Brewer Smith Brewer Group as a Senior Design Architect in Dubai, where they worked full-time and contributed to significant projects.
In 2019, Piers took on the role of Senior Designer for Salvage Architecture, a start-up company in Warsaw, Poland, affiliated with Miris Developments in Oslo, Norway. Piers was responsible for developing concept designs for land properties in Norway, working on notable projects.
Currently, Piers is working as a Senior Designer at Woods Bagot, starting in 2021.
Piers van Zandvliet pursued their education in architecture, starting with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree at Deakin University from 2005 to 2008. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to pursue a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree at the University of Melbourne from 2009 to 2010.
