Elias Cardenas

Elias Cardenas is an experienced survey professional with a career spanning over two decades in various roles. Currently serving as a Survey Journeyman at Woods Construction since September 2019 and at CB&I since March 2013, Cardenas has also held key positions including Survey Party Chief at TideMark and Survey Foreman at Fluor Corporation. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Survey Party Chief at Schneider Corp, where responsibilities encompassed computing field data and ensuring clear communication with clients and field personnel. Cardenas began the career as Survey Party Chief at Keith and Schnares, overseeing a significant railroad double track expansion project. Educational background includes attending North Miami Sr High School from 1984 to 1986.
