Alison Rees

Alison Rees is an experienced professional in organizational psychology and change management, currently serving as the Culture and Engagement Lead at Woodside Energy since November 2022. Previously, Alison held the role of Change Management Specialist at Water Corporation and worked as an Organisational Psychologist with the Future of Work Institute, focusing on enhancing motivation, performance, engagement, and mental health within organizations. With a diverse background at ANZ, Alison undertook multiple roles including Change and Communications Manager and Organisational Development Manager, and earlier positions included senior advisory roles at KPMG and consultancy work with various firms. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Western Australia.
