Ashley Hill

Ashley Hill serves as the Lead Counsel for Litigation and Employment at Woodside Energy since September 2022, overseeing litigation across North America, including climate change disputes, royalty claims, and employment issues. Prior to this role, Ashley held the position of Senior Counsel at BHP from August 2016 to September 2022, focusing on similar legal matters in North America. Earlier career experience includes roles as an Associate at Littler Mendelson, defending against employment disputes, Ahmad, Zavitsanos & Anaipakos, handling contract and trade practice claims, and Fulbright & Jaworski, where defense of energy-related breach of contract disputes was emphasized. Ashley holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and an A.B. in English Literature from Princeton University.
