Gemma Flynn

Gemma Flynn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social performance and corporate affairs. Currently serving as a Social Performance Manager at Woodside Energy since May 2024 and a Yoga Teacher at The Yoga Space since November 2023, Gemma has previously held various significant roles at Woodside Energy, including Social Investment Manager and Corporate Affairs Lead for the Australia Operating Unit. Gemma led stakeholder engagement initiatives for the Browse LNG Development and has contributed to community relations through roles at Corporate Citizenship, Volunteering WA, and the Olympic Delivery Authority. Educational qualifications include a 350-hour RYT Hatha Vinyasa certification from Yoga Wisdom Institute and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus in Marketing and Indonesian from The University of Notre Dame Australia.
