Krista Gallagher

Krista Gallagher has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Krista is currently the Director of People & Culture at Woodside Homes since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Human Resources Director at NFI from 2018 to 2023, supporting over 2,500 employees in multiple divisions. From 2014 to 2018, Krista was the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Cardinal Health, responsible for setting and executing HR strategy in the West operations region. Krista also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at SternoCandleLamp and Jenson USA. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation and Caltrop Corporation. Krista started their career as an Operations Supervisor at Evergreen Aviation ApS, demonstrating their expertise in operations management. Krista's diverse background includes experience in business development and consulting as a Human Resources Manager at Accutar Biotech. Finally, their early experience in human resources began at Target.

Krista Gallagher completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Science at the University of Redlands. Krista then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Management from the same university between 2009 and 2013. More recently, they obtained a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Redlands in 2019-2020.
