Colin Rorabaugh

Colin Rorabaugh's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Operations at Woodward, Inc. since 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at Parker Aerospace from 2006 to 2020, where they held various positions such as Product Support Director, Director of Operations, Director of Business Development, and Director of Product Integrity. Before joining Parker Aerospace, Colin worked at Lear Corporation as an Advanced Quality Engineer from 2004 to 2006, and at American Axle & Manufacturing as a Quality Engineer from 1999 to 2004.

Colin Rorabaugh earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Michigan University in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a MS degree in Management of Public Services from DePaul University from 1996 to 1998. Colin's undergraduate education was completed at Albion College, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology from 1991 to 1995.
