Douglas Uzarski

Douglas Uzarski currently serves as VP of Operational Excellence at Woodward, Inc. since April 2023, previously holding the role of VP of Operational Excellence & Distribution at Trane Technologies from May 2020 to April 2023. At Trane, Uzarski led lean transformations for the Residential HVAC & Supply business units and promoted a culture of organizational excellence. Prior experience includes serving as Operational Excellence Leader and Plant Manager at Ingersoll Rand, and numerous leadership roles at GE from May 1999 to April 2012, where responsibilities encompassed plant management, materials management, and manufacturing operations. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University.
