Erik Ammidown

Erik Ammidown has over 20 years of experience in senior leadership positions in the field of global benefits. Erik currently serves as the Director of Global Benefits at Woodward, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing global benefits programs for the company. Prior to joining Woodward, Inc., Erik worked at Jacobs Engineering / CH2M HILL as the Senior Director of Global Benefits. During their tenure, they successfully created and led a global benefits team, managed programs exceeding $500 million per year, and provided coverage for 50,000 employees and retirees in the U.S. Before that, Erik had a long-standing career at Qwest Communications, where they served as the Senior Director of Employee Benefits. In this role, they oversaw a $700 million per year employee benefits program, managed a team of professionals, and played a key role in defining and implementing strategic initiatives to address complex challenges and align costs with the company's financial goals.

Erik Ammidown attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
