Matthew Adam Dzielo has a diverse work experience in various engineering and quality management roles. Matthew Adam started their career as an Engineering Intern at Saint-Gobain in 2005 and later joined General Motors as an Engineering Intern in 2007. Subsequently, they worked at Atlantic Casting & Engineering Corp. as an Engineer and later as an Engineering Manager from 2007 to 2013. Matthew Adam then served as a Quality Manager at MESKAN Foundry from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they are employed at Woodward, Inc. where they have held multiple roles including Customer Quality Engineer, Quality Manager I and II, and most recently, as the Quality Director.
Matthew Adam Dzielo has a diverse education history. In 2002, they obtained a Master of Science in Engineering from The Silesian University of Technology. In 2006, they received a Socrates/Erasmus' scholarship from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where they studied Industrial Engineering. Later, in 2017-2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northern Illinois University. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Global Management from Sapienza Università di Roma and in Six Sigma Green Belt from Honeywell Aerospace USA.
