Rafal Gutkowski

Rafal Gutkowski is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in program and engineering management, currently serving as Senior Program Manager - Systems/Platforms at Woodward since October 2011. In this role, Rafal manages complex and strategic projects, leading a team of software and electrical engineers while overseeing program management responsibilities. Prior experience includes serving as Method PTM Manager at Valeo Lighting Systems, where Rafal was responsible for establishing manufacturing processes for new products, and as MRT Manager at Xerox Corporation, managing new product launches and serving as the interface between design and manufacturing. Rafal's career also includes quality engineering roles at Flextronics and service engineering at Elektromontaz Gdansk. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Krakowska Szkoła Biznesu UEK and a Master of Science in Electronics and Telecommunication from Gdańsk University of Technology.
