Wojciech Pandel

Wojciech Pandel has extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on shared services and process optimization. Wojciech has held various leadership roles in different companies, including Woodward, Inc., where they currently serve as the Director of the European Accounting Center of Excellence (CoE). Prior to that, they worked at Cooper Standard as the Head of Global Business Services/Senior Finance Director for Europe, where they achieved significant cost savings and oversaw shared service locations in Poland, China, and Mexico. Wojciech also served as the Senior Manager of Financial Shared Services at Avon, where they restructured and streamlined shared service operations across multiple markets. Earlier in their career, they held management positions at Shell Shared Service Center, Hogart, and Ahold, where they gained experience in operations management, team leadership, and project management.
