Jay Boltz

Jay Boltz, P.E. is an experienced professional in civil engineering, currently serving as Discipline Director at Woolpert since November 2010. In this role, Jay oversees the Roadway, Bridge, Traffic, and Construction Inspection staff while managing the growth of the Transportation Staff across teams. Previous positions at Woolpert include Team Lead and Phase Manager, where responsibilities encompassed staff management, project oversight, budgeting, and quality control for transportation projects. Jay has participated in significant projects including the Cincinnati Casino and Riverside Hospital. Prior experience includes civil engineering co-op positions at Warren County Engineers Office and Kleingers & Associates, focusing on storm system mapping and roadway design. Jay holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Sustainability from the University of Cincinnati.
