Lanie Wess

Lanie Wess has had extensive work experience in the architectural, engineering, and geospatial industries. Lanie began their career as an Engineer/EIT at Savage Walker and Associates from 1992 to 1995. During this time, they gained valuable engineering skills and experience. In 1993, Lanie also worked as an assistant at the American Concrete Institute, further expanding their knowledge in the field. In 1995, they joined Woolpert, a national architectural, engineering, and geospatial company. Lanie held various roles at Woolpert, including Senior Associate- Development Services and Project Director VP- Development Services. In these roles, they provided a wide range of services, such as surveying, civil engineering, architectural, and construction administration, to both private and public clients. Throughout their career, Lanie demonstrated expertise in project management, completing projects on time and under budget.

Lanie Wess began their education at Wagner High from 1981 to 1985, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following this, they attended the University of Tampa from 1985 to 1988 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Lanie then furthered their education at the University of South Florida from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained another Bachelor of Science, this time in Civil Engineering.
