Caroline Dubs

Caroline Dubs is a professional with extensive experience in strategy and commercial roles in various companies. Caroline currently serves as the General Manager for NZ Supermarkets Strategy at Woolworths Group on secondment, after previously holding the position of Head of Strategy. Caroline has worked with companies such as Bunnings, Healius Medical, Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety, Procter & Gamble, and Bain & Company. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, Accounting, and Law from The Australian National University.
