Currently serving as the Value Lead for Frontline Learning at Woolworths Group, Emma has previously held positions such as Head of Store Activation, State Program Manager, and State Culture & People Manager at Woolworths Supermarkets. Emma also founded and directs Barre Nation and served as the State Human Resources Manager for NSW & ACT at The Reject Shop, and Group People & Culture Manager at Lux Group.
