Joann Lewis

Joann Lewis is an experienced finance and mergers & acquisitions professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the General Manager of Finance Systems Transformation at Woolworths Group since March 2024, Lewis previously held significant positions at IAG, including EGM of M&A and DFP Program Owner, and provided expertise as a Shareholder Representative Director on multiple boards. At Aquasia, Lewis worked as a Senior Advisor and Consultant, further building a robust profile that began at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as Director of M&A Advisory and Head of Private Equity, following a tenure as Associate Director of M&A Advisory at Commonwealth Bank. Lewis holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from Kaplan Australia and completed the Company Director's Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
