Kirti Rathi is an experienced analytics professional with a strong background in customer analytics and financial services. Currently serving as Customer Analytics Manager at Woolworths Group since June 2022, Kirti previously held the position of Lead Analyst - Performance & Optimisation at WooliesX. Prior to that, Kirti worked at Fractal Analytics from June 2012 to May 2019, where responsibilities included managing teams and engaging with clients on credit risk models, campaign assessments, and data analytics support for various financial partners globally.
