Nikita Singal is an accomplished professional with significant experience in strategy and market intelligence across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Group Strategy at Woolworths Group since August 2023, Nikita previously held the role of Head of Market Intelligence at W23 and Senior Strategy Manager at Woolworths Group, where responsibilities included M&A strategy, commercial due diligence, and investment proposals. Prior experience at Bain & Company involved consultancy roles with a focus on customer experience transformation, strategic planning, and commercial due diligence across diverse sectors in both India and the Middle East. Nikita holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an Engineer's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
