Timo Beumer

Timo Beumer is an experienced project leader and developer with a diverse background in real estate and construction management. Currently serving as Project Leader for new fire stations at Gemeente Noordoostpolder and as Project Developer at Oost Flevoland Woondiensten, Timo has been instrumental in the realization of various residential projects, including 62 flex homes. Timo owns TBVA, an independent consultancy specializing in real estate feasibility and project execution. Additionally, Timo has held key roles as Project Manager at Woonbedrijf ieder1 and BAM Wonen, overseeing significant residential developments and sustainability initiatives. Timo's educational foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Built Environment from Avans University of Applied Sciences and ongoing professional training in risk management and safety.
