Nienke Ybema

Nienke Ybema currently serves as a Commissaris at WoonFriesland since July 2023 and acts as Toezichthouder at Wender from October 2018. In addition, Nienke has been the Directeur bestuurder at Zonnehuisgroep Noord since January 2018, overseeing various sectors including ouderenzorg and ouderenpsychiatrie. Previously, Nienke held the position of Directeur at Lentis from March 2010 to December 2017, managing Dignis and other mental health services. Nienke also led the shared services organization at Kentalis from January 2003 to March 2010, focusing on finance, HR, and various support services. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Human Resource manager at Isala Klinieken and Onze Lieve Vrouwe Gasthuis, where Nienke was involved in merging HR departments and organizing HR services. Nienke Ybema earned a degree in Labor and Organizational Sociology from the University of Groningen and completed executive education at Nyenrode Business University.
