Jad Younan

Jad Younan is a technology leader with extensive experience in software development and customer analytics. As the CTO and Co-Founder of Woopra, Inc. since January 2012, Jad has been instrumental in creating a leading Customer Journey Analytics platform that empowers organizations to visualize and analyze real-time customer experience data, driving growth for major companies such as AT&T, HP, and RedHat. Prior to this role, Jad served as a Backend Engineer at iFusion Labs LLC from January 2008 to January 2012, contributing as a System Engineer.
