Kailash Iyer

Kailash Iyer has extensive work experience in finance and legal roles. From 2021, they have been working as the VP of Finance and Legal at Wooqer, an enterprise App for Ops that digitizes workflows and facilitates effective training. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2021, Kailash served as the VP of Finance and Legal at HashedIn, where they were responsible for finance, planning, strategy, legal and taxation, secretarial functions, cash flow planning, and treasury management. Kailash also held the position of Head of Finance and handled corporate actions such as ESOP planning and group structure. Before joining HashedIn, Kailash worked at Manek & Manek, Chartered Accountants, where they were a partner. In this role, they conducted statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, income tax planning, transfer pricing assistance, and conducted valuations to comply with regulatory provisions. Kailash Iyer obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. Following this, from 2007 to 2011, Kailash pursued a Chartered Accountant qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
