Billy Ayala

Billy Ayala is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in housing management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Housing Manager at Worcester Housing Authority since June 2016, Billy previously held the role of Assistant Housing Manager. Prior to this, Billy was the Director of Chapter Operations for ALPFA Boston, where responsibilities included developing and managing operational processes and supporting various functional areas. Billy's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Operations at Centro Las Americas, where management of day-to-day operations for a multi-service non-profit organization was key, and conducting community needs assessments as Program & Resource Development Director at Camp Fire USA Central New England Council, Inc. Billy also coordinated a community-wide teen pregnancy prevention coalition at Family Health Center of Worcester. Billy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Becker College, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
