Paul Reilly

Pronouns: (he/him/his). As Assistant Dean of Student Success, I lead the advising team in helping students maximize the many academic opportunities available to them at WPI. In the Office of Academic Advising, we provide holistic academic support for students, including; tutoring, academic planning, fellowships and scholarships advising, pre-health advising, BS/MS advising, and co-op planning. In addition, we support students through a variety of programming including specific programs for transfer students, sophomores, and also our first-year Insight experience.

As a first-generation international college student, I experienced studying in a completely different educational system. There were certainly times when it was challenging. Those experiences shape the work I now do in advising, in ensuring that all our students are included and valued as we work together to build a culture of inclusion and belonging at WPI. Providing students with the best academic advising support is the mission of our team. Outside of WPI, I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching youth and adult running programs, and watching sci-fi.
