Caitlin Kincaid

Caitlin Kincaid is the Assistant Director of Conference and Event Services at Worcester State University since June 2021, overseeing a team of 45 student event staff and managing day-to-day operations for meetings and events. Previous roles include Team Lead for campus tours, where Caitlin fostered a welcoming atmosphere for prospective students, and Orientation Leader, mentoring first-year students to ensure their success. Caitlin also gained experience as an intern in the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs and served as a Shift Lead at Chick-fil-A, providing customer service and supervising staff. Education was completed at Worcester State University.
