Kristen Nelson

Kristen Nelson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in residence life and student experience at Worcester State University since December 2009, where roles include Director of Residence Life & Student Experience, First Year Seminar Instructor, and Associate Director of Residence Life. In the Associate Director position, responsibilities encompass supervising staff, overseeing Resident Assistant selection and training, managing program development and budget, and participating in enrollment management committees. Additionally, Kristen served as the Interim Title IX Coordinator, providing training and ensuring impartial investigations related to sexual misconduct. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of Residence Life at CW Post - Long Island University from June 2000 to March 2009.
