Joe Leach

Joe Leach is a seasoned professional in the cricket industry, currently serving as Co-Founder of Nexx Cricket since June 2022, where operational management focuses on creating female-specific cricket products to enhance accessibility for women in the sport. In addition, Joe holds the role of Non Executive Director at Shropshire Cricket Board Limited and has been a Professional Cricketer and Club Captain for Worcestershire County Cricket Club since October 2012. Prior experience includes work in family law at QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright from November 2013 to February 2016. Joe's educational background includes two Master of Arts degrees in Sports Leadership from the Institute of Sports Humanities and the University of Buckingham, alongside ongoing studies at The Open University towards a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and earlier studies at the University of Leeds and Shrewsbury School.
