Doug Rose possesses extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors, currently serving as a Healthcare Exchange Business Analyst at Word & Brown Insurance Administrators since 1999. In this role, Doug demonstrates a deep understanding of Small Group and Individual Exchange marketplaces, managing employer contributions, enrollment processes, and various insurance plan intricacies. Previous positions at Word & Brown include Director of Enterprise Architecture and Director of Software Development, where Doug contributed to architectural design and led website development efforts.
