Emily Crognale

Emily Crognale has worked in various roles in the insurance industry. Emily started their career at Automatic Data Processing Insurance Agency, Inc. as an Account Executive in July 2011 and later became a Senior Account Executive. In October 2014, they joined Word & Brown General Agency as an Inside Sales Representative. Emily then progressed to become the Director of Account Management and is currently the Vice President of Client Experience, a role they have been in since May 2023.
