Joe de la Cruz

Joe De La Cruz has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Joe began their career in 2003 as a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt at Valeant Pharmaceuticals. Joe then moved on to Conexant as a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager. In 2008, they joined The Word & Brown Companies as the Director of Lean Six Sigma, where they implemented lean six sigma methodologies and led cost-saving initiatives. From 2012 to 2015, Joe served as the National Director of State Health Insurance Exchange Solutions at CHOICE Administrators, leading a team in pursuing and implementing health insurance exchanges. Joe then returned to The Word & Brown Companies as the Director of Planning and Program Management Office, managing a portfolio of enterprise projects. In 2017, they joined Quotit Corporation as the Director of Operations, responsible for operational procedures, customer success, and product support functions. Joe's most recent role is as the Director of Business Intelligence at Word & Brown General Agency, where they manage BI projects, collaborates with senior executives, and creates Power BI reports.

Joe De La Cruz obtained a Bachelor's degree from Santa Ana College in 1992. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including "Administration of Commercial Contracts" from The George Washington University in June 2006, "Fundamentals of Purchasing" from the Institute for Supply Management in April 2005, and "Six Sigma Blackbelt" from Human Capital Associates in June 2004.
