The Director of Baptism is responsible for overseeing all aspects of baptism preparation and

execution during the Holy Convocation. This includes ensuring that all names of baptism

candidates are submitted by the designated cutoff date and clearly communicating this deadline

to church administrators. The Director will provide detailed baptism information to participants,

including clothing requirements, the schedule, and the location. Certificates for each candidate

will be prepared in advance, ensuring accuracy and readiness.

The Director of Baptism will work closely with the deacons to coordinate this event, assigning

tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. They will also communicate with church

administrators to gather necessary information and collaborate with the Operations Director to

ensure communication about baptism is sent to the WWHF at large. Additionally, the Director

will confirm and communicate all location details in partnership with the Operations Director.
