The Director of Baptism is responsible for overseeing all aspects of baptism preparation and execution during the Holy Convocation. This includes ensuring that all names of baptism candidates are submitted by the designated cutoff date and communicating this deadline clearly to church administrators.

The Director will provide detailed baptism information, including clothing requirements, the schedule, and the location, to all participants. They will also coordinate in advance to prepare certificates for each candidate, ensuring accuracy and readiness. Additionally, the Director will work closely with the Logistics Director to confirm and communicate all location details. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role to ensure a smooth and meaningful baptism experience.
