**Job Description: Logistics Director**
The Logistics Director is responsible for managing the detailed planning and scheduling of all events and activities during the Holy Convocation. This role involves close collaboration with the Program Director and the Presiding Prelate to ensure the timing of each event is precise and aligns with the overall vision of the convocation.
The Logistics Director will meticulously map out each day of the convocation from beginning to end, creating a comprehensive schedule that outlines every event, its duration, and its sequence. This schedule will also include a detailed list of individuals assigned to specific roles and responsibilities for each activity. The Logistics Director plays a critical role in ensuring that every aspect of the event runs efficiently, effectively coordinating with all departments and participants to maintain a seamless flow throughout the convocation.
