The Transportation Director is responsible for coordinating and managing all transportation logistics for the Holy Convocation, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for guest speakers. This role involves frequent communication with the Operations Director to confirm that all itinerary details for each guest speaker are accurate and up to date, including flight arrivals, departure times, and any specific transportation needs. The Transportation Director will receive all necessary communication tools, such as welcome videos or instructions, to properly greet guests and ensure clear and professional signage is prepared for airport pick-ups to identify the speakers.
To ensure smooth coordination, the Transportation Director will arrange for at least two individuals to pick up each guest speaker, providing them with all relevant details such as names, arrival times, and hotel destinations. Additionally, the Transportation Director will maintain a detailed schedule of all transportation activities, addressing any unexpected changes or issues promptly in collaboration with the Operations Director.
