The Vendor Director is responsible for managing all aspects of vendor coordination for the Holy Convocation. This includes communicating directly with vendors to provide them with necessary information and directing all vendor registration traffic to the designated website. The Vendor Director will collaborate closely with the Logistics Director to confirm the total number of registered vendors, ensuring adequate space is allocated for all participants. The Vendor Director will oversee the placement of clear, professional signage to guide vendors and attendees, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing vendor area.
As the event approaches, vendors will receive reminder emails from the Operations Director, including detailed logistics on how to arrive at the venue. These logistics will be provided to the Operations Director by the Logistics Director to ensure accuracy and clarity. This coordinated effort ensures a seamless and professional experience for all vendors leading up to and during the Holy Convocation.
