Peter Deegan

Peter Deegan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international business law, currently serving as a Consultant at Wordley Partnership since July 2022. Previously, Peter held various senior positions at Dentons, including Head of Europe's China Business Group and Co-Head of the European Banking & Finance Group, from July 2013 to August 2022. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Senior Consultant at Dentons Europe until July 2021, a Senior Advisor at L'Estrange Group from October 2011 to January 2013, and a Partner at Clifford Chance LLP from 1995 to 2010, where significant work took place across multiple international offices. Peter initially practiced at Clifford Chance in the London office from 1983 to 1988 and rejoined the firm in 1995. Peter holds an LLB from the University of Adelaide, earned between 1971 and 1974.
