Saima Haider

Having completed an undergraduate degree and a PhD in Chemistry, I made the switch to medical communications six years ago and haven’t looked back since. I love the tangibility of the work involved; being given a brief and turning it into something accessible and meaningful for the audience, whoever they may be.

During my time in the industry, I’ve worked across a variety of therapy areas, including prostate cancer, ophthalmology, kidney disease, COPD, IPF, heart failure, iron-deficiency anaemia, migraine, breast cancer and fertility.

I am passionate about healthcare and healthcare communications, and firmly believe in the impact our work can have, not just for our clients, but also their customers. I love words and science – being able to combine the two as part of my job is pretty fantastic.
