Eric M. B. Becker

Eric M. B. Becker is the digital director and senior editor at Words without Borders. Eric has also worked as an assistant managing editor at Asymptote Journal, an editor in chief at Ozone Park Journal, and a freelance writer, literary translator, and editor. Eric has also taught writing courses at Queens College as an adjunct lecturer.

Eric M. B. Becker has a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Creative Writing & Literary Translation from City University of New York-Queens College, a Bachelor with Honors in Journalism from University of Missouri-Columbia, and an English, Philosophy degree from DePaul University. Eric also has certification from the National Endowment for the Arts in National Endowment for the Arts Fellow, Frankfurt Book Fair / Frankfurter Buchmesse in Frankfurt Book Fair Fellowship Programme, and U.S. Department of State in Fulbright Scholarship 2015-2016: Brazil.
