Andrew Gross

Executive Director of Community Based Services at Wordsworth Academy

Andy Gross has been at Wordsworth for more than 15 years. In 2008 he was named Executive Director of Wordsworth’s Community Based Services, leading the two Community Umbrella Agencies and all of the community based behavioral health, prevention and community placement services.

Before taking on his current role, Andy was the Director of Family Based Mental Health Services from 2004 to 2008 and prior to that, a clinical supervisor in the Community Placement Services Program and a therapist in the Multi-Systemic Therapy Program.

Before joining Wordsworth, Andy provided case management and clinical services in a range of different settings, including juvenile justice, adult mental health, domestic violence and out-patient individual and family therapy.

Andy has a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Bryn Mawr College and a Bachelor’s degree in education from West Chester University.
